Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data TubeIntel (“we”, “us”) collects when you use tubeintel.dev, how we use it, and the choices you have. TubeIntel is a YouTube analytics and influencer-vetting tool for creators, marketers, and agencies.

Account data. When you sign up we store your email address and authentication credentials, managed by our authentication provider Supabase.

Usage data. We store the channels you track, vetting reports you generate, alert preferences, your plan and license key, and daily usage counters (e.g. searches used) needed to enforce plan limits.

Public YouTube data. Channel and video statistics shown in the app are public data retrieved from the YouTube API. They describe public channels, not you.

AI provider keys. If you connect your own AI API key for AI Insights, the key is stored in your browser session only. It is transmitted to your selected AI provider through our server when you request an insight, and is never stored on our servers.

TubeIntel uses YouTube API Services to retrieve public channel and video data. By using TubeIntel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We cache public YouTube data for a limited time to reduce API usage; we do not collect private YouTube account data and do not require you to connect a YouTube account.

We use your data to provide the service: authenticate you, enforce plan quotas, send the email alerts you opt into, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Transactional emails (such as channel alerts you enable) are sent through Resend from alerts@tubeintel.dev. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off in Settings at any time.

We use cookies solely for authentication sessions (via Supabase). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us at the address below and we will process the request within 30 days.

We rely on the following processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and the YouTube API (public channel data). If you use AI Insights, your chosen AI provider (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) processes the analysis request under its own terms.
