Terms of Service

TubeIntel provides analytics, tracking, vetting, and discovery tools built on public YouTube data. By creating an account or using tubeintel.dev you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, except that Agency-tier licenses may be used for client work as described in the plan terms.

Free accounts have daily usage limits. Paid tiers — Yearly Pro ($59/year), Lifetime Pro (a one-time payment, currently $79), and Agency — can be purchased directly through our payment processor (Stripe) or activated with a license key, including legacy keys purchased through AppSumo. For direct purchases, contact support within 30 days for refund requests; keys purchased through AppSumo remain subject to AppSumo’s refund policy.

License keys are limited to the stated number of activations. Yearly licenses expire at the end of their validity period unless renewed. We may adjust the limits of the free tier at any time.

You agree not to: circumvent plan limits or rate limits; resell, scrape, or bulk-export the service’s data; reverse engineer the service; use it to harass or defame creators; or use it in violation of the YouTube Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

TubeIntel uses YouTube API Services and displays public statistics. By using TubeIntel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Metrics, scores, and AI-generated insights are estimates and informational only — they are not guarantees of a channel’s performance or suitability for partnership. Verify independently before making business decisions.

AI Insights use an API key you supply for a third-party AI provider. Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms, and you are responsible for any charges it bills to your key. AI output may be inaccurate; use judgment.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeIntel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms; for paid plans terminated without cause, we will refund a pro-rated amount where required by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@tubeintel.dev.
